How to Prepare Your Protein Pizza Dough
- Prepare the dough: Combine the baking mix with 220 ml of lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix briefly and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Then knead for at least 4–5 minutes to allow the proteins to develop and the dough to reach the right consistency.
- Let the dough rise: Leave the dough in a warm place for 45–55 minutes. Divide it into up to four portions, depending on your needs. Shape them gently into balls and leave to rest for another 10 minutes.
- Add your toppings: Roll out the dough, using oat fiber or flour to prevent sticking, add your favorite toppings and place it on a sheet of baking parchment.
- Bake and enjoy: Bake your pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C (conventional oven, top and bottom heat) for 10–15 minutes. Enjoy your freshly baked, crispy pizza straight from the oven.
Extra Tip: You can refrigerate the rolled-out dough overnight, covered, and add your toppings and bake it the next day – perfect for pizza night with guests.
Note: The preparation instructions are for one packet of the baking mix. If using both packets from the 2-pack bundle, simply double the amounts of water and oil.
