Packaging at UNE FOODS

Sustainability is important to us – including when it comes to shipping.
We make sure to use only as much packaging as necessary and are happy to reuse clean cardboard boxes.

So, if you ever receive a parcel with a different logo:
That’s intentional. We believe packaging shouldn’t be a single-use product, so we choose reuse over waste.

This helps us keep our environmental footprint small – step by step.

Delivery times and shipping conditions:

• Germany: Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days. Delays of +/- one business day may occur.
• Recipient not at home: If the recipient is not available, the parcel may be delivered to a neighbour or a notification will be left informing the recipient that the parcel is available for collection at the nearest post office.
• International: Delivery usually takes 6–9 business days.

Acceptance of parcels:

The customer or the designated parcel recipient is required to accept the goods upon delivery by the shipping provider. If the parcel recipient is not present, they will be notified by the shipping provider that the parcel can be collected from the specified address or a collection point.

UNE Foods reserves the right, in the event of refusal of delivery without a valid reason, to charge the customer the resulting shipping and return costs totalling 11,95 €. This amount consists of 5,95 € shipping costs and 6,00 € return shipping costs.

Returns/Right of withdrawal:

Please note that returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

To initiate a return, please inform us of your decision in advance by sending a message to [email protected]. Once we have confirmed your request, please include a copy of the invoice with your return and send the parcel insured and with tracking to the following address:
