Who We Are

UNE Foods did not emerge from a nutrition trend, but from personal experience.

We are three sisters, and we all live with an autoimmune condition affecting the thyroid. Through that, we learned early on how complex nutrition can become in daily life. What we were looking for wasn’t another rule or another diet — it was clarity, quality, and recipes that simply work in everyday life.

In 2018, we began to engage more deeply with modern food formulation: how recipes can bring together nutritional values, ingredient quality and sensory experience in a meaningful way. That perspective fundamentally shaped our approach.

From this work emerged UNE Foods. Our recipes have a clear focus on protein, fibre, a clean-label approach and everyday usability — without unnecessary additives, without exaggerated promises. Approximately 50–70 % of our formulations are based on plant-based proteins, and we work deliberately with selected upcycling ingredients that put valuable raw materials back into the food cycle.

Every product is developed spec-driven: nutritional targets, ingredient quality and sensory criteria defined up front, then refined until the recipe meets them. Each formulation is reviewed by certified food chemists and tested in accredited laboratories.

Today, UNE Foods stands for clear, contemporary nutrition — transparently formulated, scientifically informed, free from unnecessary additives. For people who want to bring mindful eating into their everyday lives without restructuring everything around it.
