We are a small, dedicated team from North Rhine-Westphalia with a big passion: making nutritious and delicious food accessible to everyone – whether you’re just starting your journey or have long embraced mindful eating.

Our goal is to blend traditional recipes with modern needs, combining conscious nutrition with pure enjoyment.

We focus on high-quality ingredients, carefully selected and sourced regionally, nationally, and across Europe. Our fiber- and protein-rich products with reduced carbohydrate content offer full flavor and variety – perfect for anyone who loves a diverse and tasty diet.

How It All Began: A Passion Project

In our family, we know firsthand the challenges of thyroid conditions, including Hashimoto’s. This experience inspired us to make long-term changes to our diet: fewer carbohydrates, more protein and fiber – for better balance and enjoyment.

Our vision was clear: food that is rich in fiber and protein without compromising on taste. After four years of intensive development, we created our lower-carb baking mixes for bread and pizza dough. Made with natural ingredients, they are high in fiber and protein – without sugar or unnecessary additives.

“UN” stands for Unna, our founding city & the beginning of our last name. A strong vision with strong roots! 🌍
