Preparation – Easy & Delicious with Protein-Fiber Pizza Baking Mix
- Prepare the dough: Mix the Protein-Fiber Pizza Baking Mix with 190–200 ml of lukewarm water and 2–3 tbsp of oil until a smooth dough forms. Knead the dough for at least 4–5 minutes for the perfect consistency.
- Let it rise: Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 45–55 minutes.
- Top your pizza: Roll out the dough, add your favorite toppings, and place it on baking paper.
