What makes our vanilla delight cake mix special
36 g protein per 100 g
The cake is particularly high in protein and a great alternative to a classic vanilla cake.
30 g fibre per 100 g
The high fibre content clearly sets the mix apart from many conventional cake recipes.
13 g carbohydrates per 100 g
That makes the cake a good fit for a reduced-carb diet – whether as a low-carb or keto vanilla cake, if it suits your everyday eating.
Gluten-free recipe
The mix contains no gluten-containing ingredients.
Delicate vanilla note
The flavour is classic, pleasant and easy to pair with toppings.
Versatile for everyday baking
Enjoy it with coffee, for guests, as a birthday cake or as the base for your own cake ideas – the mix adapts to all of them.
More than just a classic vanilla cake
The mix doesn’t only make classic cakes: it also works for variations such as muffins, tray bakes or a rainbow cake. A marble cake is easy too – simply divide the light batter into two portions, colour one half with a little cocoa or cocoa fibre and layer both batters alternately in the tin to create the classic marbled effect. If you bake low-carb, you can plan it in as a keto marble cake.

What makes this vanilla cake special?
Unlike a classic vanilla cake, this mix combines more protein, more fibre and considerably fewer carbohydrates with simple preparation. Add the gluten-free recipe and a delicate vanilla flavour, and the cake becomes an option for anyone looking for a high-protein cake or a cake with no added sugar – no sugar is added, and the sugar value comes solely from the ingredients themselves.
What is the vanilla cake made of?
The recipe uses selected protein and fibre sources that provide structure, baking performance and a fine texture. These include almond flour, acacia fibre, collagen hydrolysate, inulin, egg white powder, whey protein isolate, sweet lupin flour, fava bean protein and organic rice flour.
What is the mix suitable for?
The vanilla cake mix is especially good for:
- a classic vanilla cake
- birthday cakes
- tray bakes
- muffins
- marble cake
- rainbow cake
- creative cake ideas with icing or topping
- coffee breaks and sharing with family and friends
The rainbow cake in particular is a lovely idea for anyone looking for a colourful cake variation.

Baking Instructions (Step-by-Step Guide to Perfect Baking)
1. Prepare the Batter
Add the baking mix, 160 ml of water, milk, or a plant-based milk alternative, 15 g of butter, and 1 medium-sized egg to a mixing bowl. Mix with a whisk or hand mixer until smooth.
2. Prepare the Cake Pan
Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined 20 cm (8-inch) cake pan.
3. Bake, Cool & Enjoy
Bake in a preheated oven at 180–200 °C (356–392 °F) using conventional heat (top and bottom heat) for approximately 20–30 minutes.
Tip: Avoid using the fan-assisted setting if possible – this helps keep your cake extra moist. Allow the cake to cool completely before enjoying!
