Sweetened with inulin from chicory root – a natural source of fiber – and refined with tonka bean powder and blackberry leaf extract to naturally enhance the sweet, chocolatey flavor.

Functional, moist and satisfying – for everyone who wants to combine clean nutrition with a love for chocolate.
Preparation:
- Add the baking mix to a bowl along with 150 ml of water, milk or a plant-based alternative,
20 g of butter, and 2 medium eggs (size M).
Whisk or use a hand mixer to create a smooth batter. - Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined 20 cm baking tin.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180–200 °C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 20–30 minutes.
Tip: Avoid using fan-assisted mode – this keeps the cake extra moist. - Allow to cool completely – and enjoy!
