Preparation:

Add the baking mix to a bowl along with 150 ml of water, milk or a plant-based alternative,
20 g of butter, and 2 medium eggs (size M).
Whisk or use a hand mixer to create a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined 20 cm baking tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180–200 °C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 20–30 minutes.
Tip: Avoid using fan-assisted mode – this keeps the cake extra moist.
Allow to cool completely – and enjoy!
