Shipping within Germany:
- Shipping costs: 5.50 € (including service fee)*
- Free shipping for orders over 89 €

Packaging at UNE FOODS
Sustainability matters to us – especially when it comes to shipping.
We only use as much packaging as necessary and reuse clean boxes whenever possible. 🌍
So if your parcel arrives in a box with a different logo – that’s intentional.
We believe packaging doesn’t have to be single-use. Reuse over waste – always.
This way, we keep our environmental footprint small – step by step.
Shipping Carrier: DHL
Delivery Time and Shipping Conditions:
- Germany: Delivery is usually within 2–3 business days. Delays of +/- one business day are possible.
- Recipient Not Available: If the recipient is not present, the package will be delivered to a neighbor or a notification will be left for collection at the nearest post office.
- International: Delivery time is typically 6–9 business days.
Shipping to Austria:
- Shipping costs: 15.40 € (including service fee)
- Free shipping for orders over 109 €
Shipping to Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain:
- Up to 5 kg: 17.80 €
- Up to 10 kg: 21.80 €
- Free shipping for orders over 175 €
Shipping to Switzerland and Norway:
- Up to 5 kg: 19.50 €
- 5–13 kg: 25.50 €
- Over 13 kg: 35.50 €
- Free shipping for orders over 185 €
Shipping to the United Kingdom:
- Up to 5 kg: 22.00 €
- 5–13 kg: 28.50 €
- Over 13 kg: 38.50 €
- Free shipping for orders over 225 €
