Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Une Foods, Friedrich-Ebert-Str. 83, 59425 Unna, info@unefoods.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the goods. (Please keep the tracking number and your receipt as proof of return.)
⚠ Returned items must be in their original, unopened, sealed, and undamaged condition. Opened, unsealed, or damaged goods are excluded from return.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
⚠ Important Notice for International Customers (outside Germany & non-EU countries):
We do not cover or refund import duties, customs fees, export costs, or other related charges. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed in case of withdrawal or return.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery,
- For the delivery of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
