Baking Mix Preparation Tips

Preparation Instructions:

  • Mixing the Dough
    Combine the baking mix with 190–200 ml lukewarm water and 2–3 tbsp oil.
    Knead the dough manually or using a machine with a dough hook until smooth.
  • Resting Time
    Let the dough rest in a warm place for 45–55 minutes to rise.
  • Shaping & Topping
    Roll out the dough and add your favorite toppings.
  • Baking
    Place the pizza on parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 10–15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
    Slice the pizza and enjoy it fresh from the oven. 🍕😋

Tip: Due to the high-protein dough structure, a longer kneading time is recommended for better elasticity.

Our baking mixes do not contain traditional wheat flour, as used in conventional bread and pizza dough. Instead, we use wheat protein (also known as wheat gluten), golden flaxseed flour, wheat fibers, oat fibers, acacia fibers, and other natural ingredients. This combination ensures a high fiber content and reduces the carbohydrate content, making our products a versatile and mindful choice for the modern kitchen.

Two key factors play a role: A higher liquid amount allows the fibers in the dough to absorb more water during preparation, making the dough stickier. Additionally, raw materials are subject to natural variations due to factors like harvest conditions, storage, or environmental influences.

Real Cheddar cheese is unfortunately not suitable for use in powdered mixes. Therefore, we use a high-quality Cheddar flavor that not only delivers the authentic Cheddar taste but also contains fiber.

Convection heat can cause uneven heat distribution and may dry out the product. For consistent results, we recommend using top and bottom heat. However, keep in mind that ovens vary—some may heat more intensely than others, even at the same temperature setting. Therefore, it’s important to monitor the baking process, especially toward the end of the baking time.
